Pear Salad

Okay, I know I have posted three times today but I just had a really good food day! My youngest daughter Jena has been asking for this salad for two weeks. It is her absolute favorite. We had this alongside of our supper tonight and she has some packed up for her lunch at school tomorrow. If you are looking for something a little different, you must try this! The ingredients are great but what makes it is this dressing from Briannas. I got it at our local grocery store H.E.B. The name of it is New American. It is a creamy balsamic vinagrette.

This is what you will need. Yes, thats pears.

All you do is layer baby spinach, honey roasted pecans, gorgonzola cheese and peeled, sliced pears. Top with salad dressing. Yum!
